2023 Panelists
Music Video Producers & Directors
Mikayla Fasullo
Panelist, Roundtable Guest & Jury Member
Mikayla grew up in a family of professionalcreatives. At an early age she learned about the risks and rewards of working in the “creative industry”, and found a common thread to success across all types of creative practice: anyone can have a great idea, but unfortunately not everyone can bring it to life.
After working as a freelance producer in music videos and commercials, Mikayla took her career in-house with production company Fela. As their integrated producer, she’s worked in Toronto, LA, Chicago, Manchester and more with clients such as Uber, Youtube, Under Armor, Budweiser, Cheetos, Bestbuy and artists Drake, DJ Khaled, Lil Baby, Future,
to name a few.
Passion needs to be tempered with discipline. Mikayla’s skill is not only in seeing the vision, but in seeing it through to execution.
